How do you check these websites and programs for their safety?
For software downloading websites, I download a lot of software from them and scan them via Virustotal and I monitor their behavior. I also research the websites I list here to make sure they are safe. For programs, I and a few friends will test them, research them and scan them with Virustotal and other tools.
Will this project ever get discontinued in the future?
Not anytime soon. I would love to keep this project going as long as I can.
